About our Fabrics
Maya Wrap Baby Carriers are sewn from 100% cotton, hand loomed fabric.
Fabric 15 and 59 are similar in color. Fabric 15 is a solid, that is woven with
all threads that are the same color blue. Fabric 59 is like a Chambray fabric,
with blue threads one way (warp), and white threads the other way (weft).
Fabrics 27 and 28 are woven from color grown cotton. Color grown cotton is
significantly more expensive than dyed cotton, so products made from it are
higher priced. The price for the color grown cotton Pouch or Sling is $49.95.

About our Dyes
No thread is guaranteed colorfast. Your Maya Wrap has been pre-washed so the
color should not bleed, however, we recommend that you test your Maya Wrap
before you first use it by pressing a moist white cloth or cotton ball against
it. This is especially true if you have ordered fabrics 22, 44, or 63.
We have a certificate from our manufacturer stating that the dyes used to make
Maya Wrap Baby Carriers do not contain any copper, nickel, lead, mercury,
cadmium, cobalt, aluminum, arsenic, chromium or any other poisonous substance.
